Saturday 24th, the week of my birthday which was on Thursday 22nd (so I'm 26 now)... was the day I had slapped in a quick beauty shoot with a photographer friend and one very gorgeous model.

What's going on in my life?

Hello everyone,

Thank you for all your support regardless how tardy I haven't been with updating this blog.  I guess life is catching up on me especially with work and then trying to put in all my effort to actually create a background/career for myself in the makeup artist industry.  It's definitely not easy and I'm seriously giving it my all to try and make things happen.

So thank you to all those who had left me encouraging/concerning emails.  I've felt so happy and blessed after reading them all.

Here I am today with a day off work because I've gotten so tired and sick that I was not allowed to come in.  Never have that ever happened in my whole working life.  I used to go to work even if I was unwell.

I've been doing photoshoots to help build up my portfolio and to network so I can meet more photographers, models, and stylists who are also in the industry.  It's been great fun working with new talents creating makeup to go with a shoot, but also very tiring as I feel I don't really have any free day to actually just sit down and take a nice long break.

Green FOTD and Natural FOTD + Mini Self Photo shoot

Hi Guys!

I’m back to share some photos, because due to my busy schedule and tardiness I forgotten what exactly did I use for these two looks. I’m pretty sure you guys can substitute with similar colours.

Last Saturday I went out to dinner with some high school friends and did this green look. It’s nothing special but I thought it turned out pretty nice and definitely something wearable whether it is day or night.

If you followed me I’m pretty sure many of you would know that I am now a makeup artist student and that I enrolled into Makeup School in late October.  Well I’ve been learning heaps and as practise I did a very natural/neutral makeup look and then kind of held my own photo shoot. 

It was pretty hard since I was the model and the camera man so some of the photos didn’t turn out all that nice. However since it was a practise to put what I’ve learnt in school to work, it was still a bit fun.

Thanks to all my followers be it you’re old or new, you guys make my day knowing that you guys are supporting me as I finally take off on my dream.  I can't believe i'm only 11 followers away from 100!  I never thought my blog would even ever get this much followers so I'm grateful each day.  I will try to update more often and share some small tips with everyone that I learn in school.
